What is Killer Sudoku
Killer Sudoku is a true legend among number games and puzzles. In a nutshell, it’s a perfect blend of those fave brain-twisters Sudoku and Kakuro. Absolutely free!
This number puzzle goes by many names: Sumdoku, Addoku, Cross Sum, etc., but the rules are equally simple across the board. Your goal is to fill the grid with numbers like in classic Sudoku while making sure the sum of numbers in the cages (areas separated by dotted lines) is equal to the number in the upper left corner of that cage. Still sounds complicated? Let’s review the Killer Sudoku rules in detail.
How to play Killer Sudoku
✓ Fill all rows, columns, and 3x3 blocks with numbers 1-9 exactly like in classic Sudoku
✓ Pay attention to the cages – groups of cells indicated by dotted lines.
✓ Make sure the sum of numbers in each cage is equal to the number in the upper left corner of the cage.
✓ The basic rule of Killer Sudoku is that the sum of all numbers in each 3x3 block, row, or column always equals 45.
✓ Numbers cannot repeat within cages, a single row, column, or 3x3 region.
Killer Sudoku features
✓ Complete free Killer Sudoku Daily Challenges to compete for awards
✓ Take part in Seasonal Killer Sudoku Events and win unique medals
✓ Challenge your logic figuring out where you went wrong, or enable Auto-Check to see your mistakes
✓ Add notes if you’re not sure which number to place. Enjoy the experience of the classic paper-and-pen puzzle games.
✓ Use hints when stuck on a really hard number puzzle. Don’t bother if you’re an experienced Killer Sudoku solver.

I really enjoy Killer Sudoku, but I wish I could see the score of the game as I finish. The screen with my score disappears in the blink of an eye and the current score does not show anywhere in the summaries. ☹️☹️. difficult to keep track of how my games are going when I can only see the very best score of the day, week, month and not the rest of my play

I was able to put up with the intrusive mid game ads most would be put off by. But now you NEED to click on them and go to the play store just to go back to the game? No exit button on the ad? is that even legal??? Absolutely not putting up with it. If you're interested in the type of game, there are better, less intrusive/harassing apps to play it on. Absolutely ridiculous.

This app was previously a go-to way for me to pass the time, but it's now entirely unplayable. I tolerated the frequent ads for a while, but now it seems that every ad requires you to go to the store to return to the game. There is no longer a way to just watch an ad and resume the game. The only way to avoid this is to pay for an ad-free experience, and I'm not rewarding a game monetarily for hostile design.

I can only do a couple of moves before im slammed with 3 unskippable adds in a row and sometime the add gets "stuck"(aka you have to click the add and visit the store to even be able to skip.) Not only that you want me to pay the same amount I pay for a streaming service like Netflix or Chrunchy just to not have adds... Why is every app like this? I would rather buy this app and be with no adds than to support you with $10 a month, which is ridiculous for something as simple as sudoku. 0 of 5.

I Sudoku. It's a poorly designed version. I don't know which is more annoying, the blocks that pair numbers into a math problem, or the lack of contrast. When you highlight a number, your notes highlight appropriately. Unfortunately, the highlighted note number, is hard to differentiate from the sum total number. This app needs help. 😣

I enjoyed this game, but with the ads constantly popping up mid game, it has to go. The ads disrupt the flow of the game and occur very frequently. I do not believe anything will change, as the developer has left comments on reviews for over a year saying they will look into it and the ads remain. Most frustrating of all, the ads hi-jack the game, and force you to open the Play Store to be allowed to close them out. Dev: I will not send screenshots of the ads. Review the ads you allow yourself.
