very few options for filtering. I can only filter after food type, but not after price range, delivery type, delivery time, etc. I expect filtering to be a part of an app like this, it's not tricky to code/apply, it's commonly done and it would greatly improve user satisfaction.

Non-existent support! You only talk to a bot, 0 humans. I ordered for pickup by mistake instead of delivery, and immediately called the restaurant owner, the restaurant said they won't prepare the order, but that I should reach out to Just Eat to actually do the cancellation. I immediately contacted just eat, and the bot said a human will review the issue in a few days. 2 weeks later I haven't heard anything, and future attempts to contact support just tell me "the order is too far in the past"

Mathematically challenged app! I received a discount voucher and when I use it the price goes up by the voucher amount! If you compare the prices for some restaurants offered on the app you will find that apart from a delivery charge you also get a higher item price. Deliveries are +/- 1 hour around the specified time. If you are ordering from various places at the same time you could get food at very different times. Finally there is no support only a chat bot that has useless answers

more and more often I have to wait super long for delivery. when I call the restaurant they don't even receive the order (one time after 45 mins). often the order is then sent out from the restaurant and the driver has to go to someone else first and arrives at our place with cold food. not enjoyable. my last order took at least more then an hour on a quiet evening. looking for another option now, it's enough.
