Robot itself is good but the mapping is really, really, really bad m, which makes vaccum useless. Can't name the rooms, can't move furniture (wrong place) my kitchen is not thst small but on the map it looks like I can't even put my foot, can't add tile so I can just mop and vaccum thst area, when you map "do not go" still goes and gets stuck over and over. This isn't $200 robot. We'll need another one but it won't be the same brand for sure

This is my 2nd Deebot NEO+ robot, it replaced the other Deebot NEO+. The vacuums run if you push the button on the units, I couldn't get the 1st one to program after 6-8 weeks of talking with a customer service person (who tried hard to help me connect to my phone) they sent me another one. Brand new, it says it's connected but when it goes through the process it gets 80% & I get an error message. I can't go through it again. I'll just push the button & let it go wherever it wants.

I love this vacuum when I can use it. But it disconnects often. And when it does, I will have to spend an ENTIRE DAY trying to get this thing to connect to wifi. The way they have the robot set up makes it a absolute piece of junk and waste of my time. No, it's not a problem with my wifi. It's the robot. Make it work, and I'll give a better review.

Disappointing. Submitted a bug to the developer, but the support agent seemed unable to read what I was saying. Translation software is the best it's ever been, so there's no excuse for that or the poor translations in the app. It's one of two apps that doesn't scale to my screen correctly. Various issues that I don't have much hope of getting a response for.

updated 2025oct01 Issue 1: LOSES CONNECTION AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH Must un & reinstall app & remap entire house, taking 1+ hr. Issue 2: BLOCKS PHONE CALLS On my Pixel 8, activating the video feature on my X1 vac turns off my phone's mic ENTIRELY, rendering phone calls, voice search, speech-to-text etc impossible until I restart the phone. ISSUE 3: WON'T DIVIDE ROOMS The dotted line that you drag often has its check mark in the wrong room, meaning you simply can't divide certain rooms into 2.

Edit: this thing still sucks. This thing is awful. I can't get any setting to work (like "empty bin every 35min". It just keeps going with an extra full bin until battery is out). I can't get thus junk to completely map my house because, after it goes back to charge, it automatically cancels the job and I have to start a new one. And, because of that, I can't get my whole house cleaned. Also, suction power sucks and battery takes forever and a day to fully charge. I hate this thing!!!
