Generally is a very slow and laggy application. Sometimes it lags so much that when I put my credentials it fails to load so I have to close it and open it again. Also when I put my credentials most of the times it takes me back to login page without fail message. There you have to wait for a couple of seconds. If you don't and you enter your credentials again ( because you think that it failed) your account will be blocked just like it happened with me. Also support link usually doesn't work.

Moved countries and had to create a new account (same e-mail) but nowhere did it say the issue, I had to figure it out on my own. The QR code led to this app where I was already logged in with my old card so I went to add a new card and it said "cannot add card" over and over, not that I need to create a new account. Then I created a new account and still cannot login, says "service unavailable" even though I just logged out of my old account. I gave up and just registered the cars on the websit

Very weak customer service, I sent a mail weeks ago to the designated email address for support after the phone number took me nowhere thanks to the robot. After submitting a ticket with my issue stating clearly the issue just to receive a downright amateur response instructing me to go merry round messaging others? Taking money is easy but owning up to them is impossible it seems.

Worst application, I cannot activate a card because neither the app or website don't work. I reset the password and I cannot login on the application. I go to the website, cannot login there either. Now I go to call support, because activating a card is something that requires 10 people with PhD. 1 star is too much anyway. I am very dissapointed for something that should be very easy.

Horrible app. New update, app kicks you out...you try to login...app doesn't like the password you have...horrible horrible! Invest in app, as it's more work to make it work than using it! Not even mentioning the fact that last time it kicked me out, Client service had to create a new account...

The app was messing up the navigation between screens when adding and confirming a new card, I had to restart and retry multiple times until by chance it worked eventually. On my galaxy fold 5, sometimes the buttons appear below the screen, which makes it almost impossible to touch.
