I've been using the English live platform for a long time. And unfortunately, I haven't used the mobile app because I have no patience to practice my English there. We need to download the tasks and the most of the final test we need use microfone, but it seems like it's not working well. We always need to repeat the thinks a lot of times and at the end , we received a bad rating. Even you've gave the correct answer or speak clearly 😒😔.

That's an amazing app but it also has just a little problem which is the available content for students. It's not as same content as we can see on laptop computer. It's pretty different because if you are using the site, you can see more challenging things in order to study. Make sure to go over this problem and outline a plan to solve it. Take care!

I subscribed, tried it out, and decided to cancel within a few days. I requested a refund based on their customer satisfaction policy, which promises a full refund if users aren't satisfied. Customer support replied with, "We don't provide refunds and good luck!" They didn't even ask why I was unhappy with the platform!

It shows me the following error: your version of the application is out to date, please install the last version, but when I tap on the " update" option it takes me here but there is no option to update the app. App store only shows "uninstall" and "open" but when I tap on "open" it takes me back to the app and again the same error, need help

The Sync could be better, if I start a lesson I'm not able to finish it on a computer what is a shame. Overall the lessons on mobile and pc are very similar, writing exercises could have the example in the mobile version (as it's in the pc version).
