terrible app. I am trying to just see my boarding pass when I am getting on a plane, should be simple right? Yet somehow this simple task is requiring me to recheck in each time, and just overall cumbersome to use. Then on top of that, I get pop up ads to buy more of your terrible flight service? I already paid you and you still gotta do that just to inconvenience people who already paid you? Never again.

I've never used an airline app that makes it so difficult to see boarding passes. That should be the most functional part of the app. There's no simple 1-click option to see a boarding pass. You have to go to check in, then check in (even if you already have), and then you can see boarding passes. And if your screen shuts off, the app makes you go through all that again. That's 2 steps more than should be necessary. Terrible functionality.

I downloaded this for a trip. It is convenient to track gate changes, etc. Every couple days it sends an ad notification. I didn't know I was downloading adware. Its so hard to find trustworthy companies. You can turn off the notifications, but you shouldn't have to. I'm sure most people wouldn't choose to turn them on, and many don't know how to turn them off. Its just more greedy business practices. I'll uninstall after the trip.

This is the worst app ever! So confusing! ended up having to use Southwest on my return flight, don't even know if I have a checked bag or not and it looks like if I want to add one it's going to cost me $155, are you freaking kidding me! I really need to just try and stay with Frontier airlines, very easy, not confusing and inexpensive! Southwest used to be my go-to but haven't used them for years, I hate that I have to use them now! next time, I'll wait the extra day to stay on frontier.

Only used it for one flight, but the app is extremely annoying to use if you choose not to sign in. Retrieving a booking is case-sensitive, so if you capitalize your first or last name it gives an error. Moreover, it doesn't save a booking once retrieved, so every time I close the app my boarding pass disappears and I have to search for the booking again.

Probably the second worst airline app out there. Half the time the app gives me a "something went wrong" with an arbitrary error code that doesn't make sense to support when you contact them. You can tell technology is Southwest's achilles here. App is slow to load, PayPal never works when checking out, and hasn't for 2 years now. Flex Pay works half the time. They normally charge my card or PayPal too many times, so I have to dispute it. Just an overall bad experience and a huge headache.
