Endless advertisements. This was the go to app for many years and now I can't even view my cameras without sitting through endless advertisements that never have an option to close. Then you have to go into your settings, force close the app and either quit or try to start over. It's not unusual to have to do this multiple times. Update: I have switched to HonestView.

The alarm button is horrible. You can easly accidentally push the alarm button . It's even easier when you are at full screen. There is no confirmation, like you can make a selection for the 2nd time yes/no if you want to turn on the alarm. How can I turn off this feature all together, since yall have done such a horrible job when designing the alarm part? Anyone????? Since yall don't even want to respond to help us and your support team is TRASh!! We will go and pay to subscribe a whole app!!

App has been ruined by ads. I was fine with the first time, when it could be immediately closed. Now they're those dumb video ads that you have to wait for the 'X' to pop up to close. It's annoying when I need to check the cameras ASAP and an ad is played instead. Gonna look for a different camera system. Remember to search for the app software before you spend money on the hardware it's attached to.

Current images won't appear on phone EVER! Tried tech support to assist with "proprietary" wifi booster...... nobody will return my phone calls. Very pretty packaging amd equipment that at this point in time is useless. I installed a "Nest" camera. It works perfectly and images ALWAYS appear on my phone instantaneously. DO NOT waste your money on this product. Spend a few extra bucks and purchase the real deal.

First system I had worked great. Got a second system to add cameras as our old one did not have ability to add more. The internal storage stopped working so we paid for cloud service on the most important cameras. Now it's time to renew and all I get is a blank screen. I cannot get in touch with support and now have nothing but live coverage. Definitely time to look for something else with proven support and recording service!!!

If I could give this app/camera less than 1 star, I definitely would. Since the day I bought it, its given me nothing but issues. With the exception of maybe a week, it worked really well. As soon as the app updated, the operation of it was so terrible. It cuts in and out, freezes practically every 4 minutes. The lag is now worse than before. I don't rely on this app 100% to make sure my child is safe, but when its running through the night its nothing but a nightmare. Not recommended.
