Very bad app. Tried 2 filters with price range, both times, and the app shows nothing available at the moment. When I set the limit at one level, it shows there is a car available just 75k above that price. When I set the limit to 2 lacs above it, it still shows cars available above 50k that limit. uninstalled.

It is one of the worst app and service team I have seen in my life ...half of the time the app doesn't work .. it only works when u want to buy a car and it doesn't work when u need service support ..and even after buffering and waiting if u reach out they will keep u waiting .. no service , no proactiveness .. It's my mistake to choose Spinny to buy a car .

we had given our car for periodic service. They promise service in 6 hours. it took more than 56 hours. There is no proper way to communicate with the service team in the app. They create a whatsapp group on which no one shares any update even after asking again and again. Literally have to raise a ticket to get any response. Not at all professional.

I recently brought a car from spinny, I test drived the car in the morning and liked it, but when I drove in the night, there was so much scratches in the windshield, all the light used to scatter on the windshield and blind the view and it was impossible to ride on the road in night. I gave the car for inspection on Friday it's Sunday now still no update, I don't even know how safe my car is in that garage. only for selling the car to us they work hard but after service is poor and very slow.

Really bad experience with them, the evaluation was way too low, they just lure you by showing unexpected range of price. The person who approached for negotiation was so rude that one would never want to deal with them. I'm not gonna recommend them to anyone in my contacts now.

strong dissatisfaction with Spinny's buy & sell services. I bought car and found their prices significantly inflated, with margins of 30-35% per vehicle. Their "checks" seem superficial, mainly used to negotiate lower prices from sellers. Crucially, internal issues are often concealed, while only minor external flaws are highlighted. I regret my purchase for overpricing and hiding problems. For sellers, Spinny's offers are typically 25% below market value and are subject to arbitrary reduction
