About this app

Delhi Metro Rail app provides the customers of metro services with lot of useful information that helps in using the Metro Services. Following are the different sections in the app and the information available in them.

Plan Your Journey- Selecting the starting and destination stations will display the route map based on Shortest Route or Min. Interchange. Simply SWIPE UP on the route map screen to see the Fare, Platform, Approximate Travel time, Stations in between along with change over station.

Station Info – Selecting a station will give you various useful information about the station like First and Last train timings, Platforms, Gates and directions, contact numbers, Tourist spots near that station, parking, feeder services etc.

Nearest metro station – This section will show you the nearest metro stations from your current GPS location. Please note the distance is the straight line distance between Lat/Lon.

Other sections i.e. Tour guide, Metro Museum, Lost and found and Other info will give various other useful information to the user.

Hi, I’m facing repeated issues with the DMRC 2.0 app. Just when my station arrives and I open the app to exit, the ticket screen disappears or keeps loading. It takes 2–3 minutes or more, and often I end up stuck at the gate for 15–30 minutes. This has happened many times. The app doesn't work well with low connectivity, and there’s no offline ticket option or emergency workaround. Please fix this urgently, as it defeats the purpose of digital convenience. offline-friendly version is much needed

The Virtual Card is so unreliable or am i say out right unless. In theory it seemed very convenient but inreality it doesn't work that way, i been using it for more than 1 year, at first it was working like intended but from last 4-5 months it's acting strange. it doesn't resister entry when i do enter in metro with it, therefore I can't exit and sometimes once in a blue moon it works okay for both entry exit but it no longer register it in app. i really hate that i added my money in it.

Recharged ₹150 for my virtual smart card, but the amount has not been credited. The transaction history shows "recharge successful," yet the balance is not updated. I also raised a complaint in the app and tried calling the helpline number, but there has been no response. Very disappointing experience.

This app is terrible — it shows errors almost every other day. Even though my virtual card had ₹1,000, it still wouldn’t allow entry. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but the issue persisted. I wouldn’t recommend it; using a physical card is far better.

The app is very slow and keeps crashing whenever I try to book a ticket. Half the time it doesn't even load properly. Very frustrating experience Payment gateway often fails, and money gets deducted without updating the card balance. Customer support is unresponsive

In the app payment added but its not added in Virtual smart card. I have waited for 24 hours for transaction update but it will not update and then I called in the helpline 4 times but no one attend the call ,Wait in queue. What kind of service your providing to your customer is really worse . I will not recommend this app to download. I have mailed you twice but no one responding from support @autopay. Please initiate the refund or add the money in card. Do it ASAP
