I really want to like this game. I mean, plague inc, with aliens! Although, it feels more like a cheap, quick rip off than a well thought out and fun rip off. I was hoping for the last one. I can't put my finger on it, I'll reserve that for the big brains, but it is absolutely unbalanced and in desperate need of fine tuning how your abilities work, if they work. That's the other thing; I'm certain some abilities just flat out don't work. I could go on but I'm running out of space. Uninstalling.

I am giving this game a solid 2 Stars. The game isnt that bad. I don't like how there is only one race unlocked. There are 5 others you can buy with real money not with in-game currency which would be great if there was an option for that but there's not. Also the game has a glitch when buying items. The 3rd mod i bought, i never recieved it. I tried to see if it would give me the item but the glitch kept happening until i closed the app then reopened it. This game has great potential.

It's really, really bad. It's supposed to just be plague inc skinned with X-COM playing as the aliens but it falls far short. As with plague, one random island closing the port will tank your entire playthrough. Aliens with spacecraft somehow can't get to japan or Madagascar. In game upgrades are very poorly explained. Some broken English but mostly the descriptions are just to vague to understand. The strategy to win is easy. Just upgrade Adaption & colonization before military. But flip a coin to see if the ports close early on you. And it has no replay value. If you want to play other races you have to pay money or grind the same map over and over with the greys. It's just a bad experience.

This game is ridiculous. On normal mode with 80% Mobility and all of the disguises unlocked as soon as I went to another country they began research on the weapon and it started out slow. But once I hit 50% conquered my progress just stopped. And the weapons progress accelerated and finished in less than 2 minutes. And this happens over and over again. If you don't like winning. This is the game for you. Also, the world news pop ups are a waste of time. They pause the game. Can't turn them off.

Oh boy. Cool concept. Awesome offline time killer, but insanely difficult. So much so, that this game rests on the precipice of madness. Easy mode is challenging enough. Only problem is, all the unlockables, and progression rest on the fact that you have to clear a stage on "normal," mode. Go for it! It's easier to pry nails out of a block of wood with a flip flop. Other than that, cool game.

I think the game is great. I hear a lot of complaints about the difficulty but that is the appeal; However, there is a MAJOR problem that I'm not sure is even legal. I got one of the dlc factions, deleted the game, got the game again and lost that dlc faction. To my knowledge, there is not a restore purchases option so I just have to bite my tongue or repurchase the same dlc. Shady and should be resolved.Also, restore progress option should be added.
