Using this app to collect stars and the process is complicated, you need to have an active internet connection, need to top up your account balance (I'd rather prefer just to proxy funds from my primary payment method or by card on the desk), have your sim card on to confirm transfer confirmation. Other sections are useless, no delivery, no prices, no detailed information on products such as ingredients or nutrition. Also, no text selection or screenshot in easy way on top

With the last update, you turned off working on rooted devices. However, until this week, I was shopping on my rooted device for for a years on app. What you guys doing is nothing but ignorance. What is rooting and why is it done? There is a nonsense called a security vulnerability, while tons of data is being missed from the firmware offered by the companies, on what basis do you make such a ridiculous decision? that was big shame of starbucks!

The app was working fine before. With the new update it doesn't recognize my login, phone number or email, and I have lost my points and money that I formerly uploaded. I basically can't use the new app. Pity!:( Update: I found that if you use the website, it helps you to get passed sign in issues.

With the new update, I can not add money via masterpass card even though the password comes to my phone and input the password on the app. It just says your payment is in progress forever. I don't understand why the never working update released, if so many people having problems with it it just means it is not ready. Basically it is just a nightmare to get stuck on such a basic operation that worked before.

This application sucks😔i install it more than 100 time trying to sign up but it didn't work, membership button either turn and turn either turn for 1 second then stop without indicating the error if there is one !!!!! Even from the website it's the same !!!

Operation failed error. Gotta try so many times and then you find out some of the payments had actually gone through even though it showed you an error message. An hour of your time is worth much more than the "free" drink.
