Force to change from prepaid to monthly subscription without reminder. Now top up $10 from the retailer the app shows it was credited but cannot show balance from apps as it can't retrieve showing error and yet blame on agent top up. Now can't get a refund. I have used this SIM line for more than 10 years, I can say goodbye to Starhub service, no longer providing quality service but sucks people money.

StarHub please look into your app - using and navigating the app is an absolute nightmare! 1. Signing-in takes multiple attempts even with biometric/ facial recognition. 2. Random area of the app will just breakdown and will have no access (asking to refresh everytime) and the same error shows up for the entire day. Can't even check data usage, can't check or pay bill, can't navigate further than the main page (this happens pretty frequently) For a "reputable" brand name - your app sucks

My prepaid mobile plan got transferred to the new 5G app today. Starhub did not even send me a notification to transfer my number over. When I finally did transfer over, I could not add my credit card details in the new app for future payment. There is a 'saved as default' swipe button, that cannot be activated. Rang up the starhub hotline a few times. Restart & uninstall the app a few times and it is still not working. Also the toll free prepaid mobile number is no longer in use. Why??

App is trash. Can't even pay a bill. SMS notifies outstanding amount, provides a link to pay through the app. Seems normal at this point. Log in through mobile number because I only manage my own line, app says no outstanding payment unless I log in through Hub iD. I don't even know my Hub iD. On a side note, their whole payment system is a mess. No outstanding amount listed anywhere (in the SMS, on their website). Am I supposed to guess the amount I'm paying?

I have purchase oppo find n5, with pay later. and have made the payment through, set the delivery date and time, butt. on the day of delivery I called before the delivery time cutoff, and they say my payment was not through in their system, and ask to make the payment again....whaaat. so I called bank and they say it was through. and the starhub finance was the problem.... it wasted of my whole 3hrs for this problem to solve. such a bad SERVICE starhub had given me although I'm a very loyal cust

Fire your vendor / tech team. No matter how good the product design is, implementation isn't just a out reading the requirements. Heck, just fire the product team for consumer business as well! Critical features like make payment aren't working and consistently showing incorrect amounts. Even auto deduction isn't working. The only thing that works is seeing my line getting suspended due to incompetency of the app that is supposed to make sure you can make payments
