In order to have the drive safe and save, the app becomes far too intrusive. I don't need a notification every single time I'm in a vehicle. Yet, you can't shut notifications off, or they won't allow the discounts. I understand precise location permissions, maybe even the physical activity, but this app does nothing but notify me every hour and drain my battery. Figure out a better system.

Ever since switching from the drive safe app to this one, I'm getting pegged for things I haven't done. Phone distraction when my phone is stationary, screen off, speeding (64 in a 45 according to the app) in an area I NEVER speed and actively use cruise control to prevent it. Braking too hard when I stop at a red light, not speeding. Pretty sure my driving did not suddenly deteriorate over 24 hours. Very unhappy with my sudden drop in driving scores.

When I first used the device for about 1 month, everything was pretty accurate. And I grew accustomed to the device, and started to appreciate it because it helped me to slow down, and be more conscientious of my speed and other driving habits. But now, the longer I have the device, the more (inaccurate) it has become. ☹️

3 events in the last 14 days causes my acceleration score to go down to 67? 3 braking events gave me a 75? I drive a 21 year old F150. There is no way I'm accelerating too quickly. This is straight-up terrible. Also, why can't you give some sort of notification when the app is signed out? I don't open a car insurance app daily, weekly, or even monthly. You need to tell me if the app hasn't recorded a car trip in...2-3 weeks for example. Otherwise, I get a sassy email about losing discounts

Drive safe marks me for cornering on a straight road??? This thing isn't accurate. Also I don't understand why so many braking alerts. It says to give myself ample room, but usually theres no one in front of me when it alerts. I'm braking at intersections with no signs and yellow turning signals (being cautious), and entrances into neighborhoods with dips in the road, again no other vehicles around. I think the sensitivity is too high. 9/10 it alerts at the same spots

Mostly good, one annoyance. I can easily pay my bills here and keep track of my insurance info. But when I enter my odometer reading it says it updated and sent, and I get asked about it from the office anyway. Clearly it's not getting through. It's not automated but thanks for assuming. I talked to them about sending it via the app. They never got it, and told me it isn't going through on their end which is why they asked for it. Also make a bug repot button the app.
