enjoyed this game at 1st, but difficulty in the puzzles to get needed elements increased VERY quickly to the point where I'm spending more time watching ads than playing the game. I'm not against spending $ on games... but I spend $ to ENHANCE my experience, not to remove annoyances. I've reached the point where frustration has overpowered the enjoyment.

I love doing home designing. If I wanted to play a puzzle game, I would play Royal Match which I also deleted. Shouldn't have to play the same game 25 times until I can solve it just to design. Very disappointed! Update: 72 puzzles played and still haven't completed designing the second room. Total waste of time. I will not waste spending any money on this game. Not worth it!

deleting this game... too bad too, I love the game, they just don't give you enough moves on the puzzles to be able to win the tools you need to complete designs. takes so long for lives to renew you can't finish timed projects.. and there's no way to go get extra lives accept $$$ otherwise it would be a perfect and fun game! sadly, I will have to play other home remodeling games instead . this is one of my favorite shows .. love these brothers.. disappointed in game play

I wish I could give less stars. Absolute worst customer support ever. I wish I could attach screen shots, they are rude, tell the famous "update your app" line & then completely ignore you. The game becomes unplayable (literally can not complete the level without spending real money) after reaching a certain level, I've been dealing with this for about a year now (my own fault, hoping it would change, that was foolish of me), finally contacted them a month ago, & it has been nothing but a waste.

Wow 😲! What in the hell is wrong with you people that you have to be so money hungry that you absolutely make it impossible to play, I'd rather watch ads for extra lives or time. I really loved this game until I have to start spending money that I don't have to let go, you know I do have bills to pay. You make it absolutely ridiculous to pass these damn levels by not giving enough time in order to pass especially the hard levels. I refuse to play a game where I have to spend money.

The game is ok. Like all games, they just want money. Some levels are near impossible without spending gems. It never gives gems for anything, only costs money to buy them. I would be fine with ads to earn gems or an ad for additional tries. Instead, I do my 5 attempts and stop playing the game. Side note, I'm only playing this game to earn points on a paying app. I would have uninstalled after day 1.
