Absolutely unusable. The UI is very outdated and not user-friendly at all. It is very limiting on what information you can find overall. And the load times. Oh my God the load times. IF and I mean IF it loads your actual pay stub at all, it take SEVERAL MINUTES. Like 5 plus minutes.... to load a single screen. Absolutely useless. I don't know how they sold this to a single employer.

The good is that you can do some of the things this app says you can do *sometimes* when it feels like it. The bad is that it's an absolute nightmare. Logging in is a chore. Updating it will most likely break something within the app, not updating it will crash when you try to open it. Sometimes it will crash for no reason until you reinstall it. Most of the time you cannot view your payslip and you will get an error instead, the list goes on.

highly not functional. doesnt work properly and the login process is too complicated for what it does. sometimes u try to login it needs biometric, sometimes it needs the password, sometimes it needs to pin. and sometimes u have to go in from the main page. if u have a large organization, save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

constantly having to uninstall and reinstall because the app refuses to open on a regular basis, then sign in is a pain because I have to find the email address I only use for this app Edit - shortly after reinstalling, the app stopped working again, so ive had to uninstall and reinstall AGAIN, and now, after 45 minutes, its throwing up errors every time I try and log in. HATE HATE HATE this app. Far too buggy for something I rely on to keep my payslips. I wish I could rate 0 stars

Very poor app. You can rarely get your pay statement. There is always an error. You have to make multiple attempts for a half hour before it will finally appear. And when it finally appears, you don't have the option to print it. It looks as though it has been an issue for 4 years. Why hasn't it been fixed?

I hate your app!!! I have to go through a 3 step verification process every time I want to log in, then change my password and still doesn't work. I just want to read my f#@king pay slip!!! It's a legal requirement for me to have access to my pay slips. How the f#@king hell am I surpose to provide details of my income to anyone??? What if was trying to buy a house. Sort it out please!!! yep it's still completely useless thanks for nothing
