I like the system in place to track your progress and the animations are good enough to follow along. The best martial arts app I've seen so far. The descriptions could be better to prevent injury and the narration can't be disabled so it interrupts whatever I'm playing in the background. It's a really good workout app, I wouldn't use this if you're actually interested in self defense though!

Does not work on my Chromebook. All of the text overlaps and is not usable. On my phone, overall a nice app. Good workouts nicely structured to advance a student correctly. Unfortunately there are a few glitches in the videos. A good workaround is to find the described technique on YouTube, but that's a little annoying. Please fix the videos.

Hey I used this app for almost 2 years, it was my fevorite, but the newer versions comes in, the worse it get, right now it is asking money on every single thing you click. And they are decreasing the time of training also in every version, it used to be 59 minutes in first, right now it is 23 Minutes. Could you guys please add more warmp up in it also.

Good HIIT workout for those looking to lose weight. Not very safe and not really a good teaching app for beginners. Starts of with high intensity moves in lesson one. There's an animated simulation on repeat of each move but it's very fast and gives no further guidance. Many of them if you twist wrong even a little, it could cause severe injury. Not for beginners, and not for those looking to learn Taekwondo. Just good workout for people who are already familiar.

The workouts use high repetition of a few moves at a time. It's more updated than the TKD I trained in as a kid. No overly deep stance or lunge punches yet. I'm on pretty good shape, and I do quite a bit of kickery in my spare time, but the first beginner training kicked my butt! So why not 5 stars? Two reasons: 1) no technique tutorials, and 2) in browsing, some of the model animations didn't match up with the descriptions (a knife-hand block showed a poor animation with closed fists).

Great app. Really teaching me self defense. Only thing I don't like is that you can turn off the music but not the voice prompts. I would like to listen to my own music but every time I try the voice prompt comes up shutting my music off. Over all amazing app. I started taking lessons incase I ever need to defend my wife and child. Extremely helpful.
