It cost $12 USD to cancel...the cost to book a driver is $13....to change time/booking is another 5$. You cannot cancel or change time from the app, it most be over the web...this app is a bad experience, stick with a ride hailing app from that country or Orbitz/Priceline. This app is not consumer base concious.

many issue while logging in, from one device it is accepting log in and from other devices it is not. lot of confusion from the developers.

First of all, its damn expansive, not easy yo choose the pick up point and drop by map, only write address and it does not give you the right place, you can not delete account so my email will stuck in their system. Again!! Expansive $$$

This is some shady stuff. I downloaded it because it came up on a search for apps I could use in Istanbul—it can't be used in Istanbul—and now to delete my account apparently I have to contact a service team because there's no way to delete it within the amount page. Very dodgy. Give this app a miss and just use Uber.

THIS IS A SCAM. The driver never showed up, but I've been charged anyway, despite having received a code to "confirm the ride". The support said they were sorry and they would refund me, but they never did.

Unreliable!!! Booked a taxi 24 hours in advanced, the company cancelled 2 hours before the trip. No phone number to contact the company about driver or details. Very disappointing experience.
