This game was great until their customer support department stopped helping customers w/game bugs & fixes! Now it's Very poor & non-existent customer service! I'm experiencing game malfunctions & losing my real money I've spent in this game, & after emailing them for help, their reply was that they don't have any staff to assist us, or for getting this fixed for us! They have No problem taking your money- but they refuse 2 help when it's lost because of their neglect!!! Extremely unhappy!!!

Fun and I love playing it. I want to give it lower stars because of the lack of clothing that you have to wait so long to order and the expiration that happens if you're not setting an alarm, but I'm still playing and you work around it. The cost for upgrades is so expensive that it takes longer to get events completed. That's something that could use work as well. If you're a patient person, then this game is for you. Super cute! I really hope I don't get impatient.

I would say this game is pretty cool and I have been playing it for a very long time take care it can get distracting but increase creativity and teachers you have to save money to buy what you want as things are expensive in the game but now as I went to play it .it said Thier is no WiFi when I am littery sitting next to source of WiFi and that's why I give it 4 starts and also it only goes on mainly old version of Android 😑so if you have a higher version it may do some glitches

I used to play this game years ago and stopped. I decided to re-download and it's no better. Instead of actually tasks, there are other games to download for coins and to progress in the game. I may uninstall the game because that's crazy. Then it glitches in the middle of a level. Do better.

I love this game and have been playing it for years. But recently I tried to play and it was telling me that it was made for older version phones so it may not work properly on my phone. It is very upsetting since I have spent so much time playing this game and of course it was fun to play on my downtime. I really hope something gets figured out to where we can play it on newer phone models.

Not happy with the game I had over 141 gems when I logged out and came back in logged in my gems were gone only had 20 when I started back playing i contacted support they told me they couldn't do anything about it. So it was great playing now I don't play like I used to had the gems for my holiday season
