I play this on and off. I usually stop playing when the ads get crazy overwhelming, along with the mini games. Or it starts taking forever to load. Also, if the creator of the game is automatically our neighbor, then why aren't they counted when we need neighbors to expand?! I hope they fix the game to stop all the pop-ups and mini games to give us the opportunity to decline it, and it not show up again!

I've been playing on and off for a few years and this time around I've been experiencing a glitch that makes my food in progress disappear or go back to the prepare phase when I log back in. This has been frustrating because food I put on last night that takes 12 hours didn't get made because it got reset. This is even worse in bakery story where I almost cannot play the game because ALL my food goes missing. As I level up the ads have increased. Super annoying.

I love Restaurant Story as it is a game I can put a pause on playing, then go back to at any given time. This go around, they have unfortunately added ads into the game. It is understandable no game is safe from ads this day and age, but hopefully an option will be added (even if purchase is required) to do away with those.

I have been playing this game for 10+ years. Recently I purchased a new phone and when the company restored my gameplay, I now have to watch ads in the game. No ads is the reason why I've been playing the game for so long, but with the ads, I im not enjoying it anymore. With deep regret I will probably uninstall both restaurant and bakery story. Also both games have started glitching and it's very annoying. I believe this is one of the many reasons players are not active anymore.

It is such an inconvenience to go through gifts, to give each friend what they prefer. It's way too time consuming n keeps me from being able to actually play the game much, in return loses money for you. I stopped buying decos bcuz I don't have time to decorate n I don't use gems for anything else. Also, it'd be appreciated if we could put our food on the counter of our choosing n be able to switch if we change our minds. These are VERY SMALL asks that most REALLY WANT. 5 stars for these!!!

I wish it were easier to add people, it should be as easy as sending a friend request once you visit because you can't expand without a certain amount of friends and you have to know their storm8 username which most likely has nothing to do with the restaurants name smh so yeah I wish that wasn't an issue other then that, cool game to pass a little time, allows you to be creative, and bring your vision to life as well as engaging in little challenges to keep the game interesting.
