First of all, my account was not logging in. It was showing an error again and again and then when it did, I transferred money, on which another error came and transaction failed was also written, but when I checked the account, the money had been deducted from there and the person to whom I had transferred the money did not even reach and the error was showing again. I also called the helpline but despite waiting a lot, I did not get any word from them. Poor service , so disappointed

Extremely frustrated with the JazzCash app. For the past few hours, I haven't been able to log in. My internet connection is strong and every other app or website is working, so the problem is definitely with JazzCash. I've tried force-stopping the app and restarting my phone, but nothing works. This is unacceptable for a financial services app. Please fix your servers!

I always had a good experience with jazzcash, but not anymore. I did the load of 1,000, and it said Transaction Failed, then I reopend the app, and now, in history, the transaction was present, but there was no balance/load. I did the Lodge Complaint, no response, then I called help centre they cut down the call after hearing all my problem asking my and mother's name, by saying they can't hear my voice because of network issue.

App performance degrade What the hell has happened to the JazzCash app? So many bugs logging into my account and accessing different features such as the complain page. The app was crashing so much that I uninstalled and reinstalled it and now I can't even log back into my account. On every login it says transaction failed. I mean what??? Please resolve this issue as soon as possible so much of my personal savings are stuck in this app. Highly disappointed with the performance degrade.

The worst and most useless network even after calling the helpline, they can’t solve any problem. There’s always an OTP issue; even after allowing everything and keeping the SIM in slot 1, the same problem continues. Sometimes they say it’s an ID card issue, sometimes a biometric issue. It’s better to just use some other app instead.
