it's been a long time I'm using this app, and loving it too, but after the update, the app started to show some issues, like whenever I try to get free rewards by answering the question, they always show that the data is currently not available or something like that, though it didn't before but now after the update it's happening a lot of time. and also even if I don't use my internet the GBS automatically get low, I don't know what is happening, but I'm missing the old version.... 💔

The application is not customer centric, it is commercial centric. It's more of a commercial application than a customer help application. not fruitful. in the end the customer only has to call and ask for things (spending their Rs.5) for clarity which the application clearly lacks. For example, I wanted to subscribe monthly extreme plus package and could not search the command code from the application. I searched through an AI tool which obviously provided me with the wrong code.

very very very worst experence with telenor family. I migrated my telecommunication service from onic to telenor, but unfortunately i'm not able to receive the phone calls from my contact list couple of my friends and they are blamingto me that i put them on block list. Several times i complained regarding the above said issue on different platforms, but nothing happened and the result is same.

April 10, 2019 first off let me just say that you're app is misleading. I tried to subscribe to an offer but it just gave me the 'the requested service is not available...... ' etc. but after a moment I received messages realizing I've subscribed to that service multiple times (the times I've tried to activate that service or tapped onto that 'activate ' button). I know I can't get my money back and I won't be able to use that multiple times subscribed package wholly but at least acknowledge and

most pathetic application I have used. activating the package is failing after popping notification that your offer is activated. then I have logged the complaint with no response from them. From the chat with us you will get the response but cannot attach your screenshot even after giving permissions to the app for accessing the gallery. I have been using telenor for the last 13 or 14 years. every month I have to face this BS for activating my package.
