This app keeps getting worse every update. It used to be ok. With the latest update I can't even open the app to buy buy packages anymore. Restarting my phone doesn't fix it. Contacting customer service via Instagram or email isn't the solution. Fixing the app is the solution. update... Still it seems the only way to get this app to work is to uninstall and reinstall every time I want to use it. Fix it, please!

Bloated, noisy, and poor versioning. Every month it seems to need an update, and this month after I followed the app prompt to update, it crashed over and over until I completely uninstalled and reinstalled it. When so many users are having problems with the new version, they need to disable the update prompt while they figure things out. Also, please disable the song as default when the app opens. I know it's common for Indonesian apps to do that, tapi kurang sopan krn bisa mengganggu acara.

The app is terrible. Frequently crashes or loads in a loop so that you have to force close the app. As well as periodically having to re-sign into the app even after you've already signed in. I've had to uninstall and redownload/install the app many times. It's a shame Telkomsel has a monopoly in this area and through most of Indonesia. Their service is poor and doesn't match what they charge for their services. They have no incentive to improve and continue to take advantage of their customers.

I've tried to verify my personal information using my ID card in this application. Previously, I had followed the instructions correctly and scanned my ID Card. Then, there is no preview or opportunity to edit whether my name is read correctly or not before verification. Suddenly the verification was declared successful and it turned out that my name was spelled incorrectly. Then, I just realized that once verified, the personal information in this app can't be edited. Such a waste of time.

Always encountering problems whenever i want to topup. Before the payment using credit card as an international user from other country,the payment with card cannot go through. And now there is no credit card option for me to topup. As non-indonesian user it is really annoying. Please fix it asap so i can consider giving higher stars.

I paid a package using QRIS, but the QR code disappeared and I can't retrieve it or cancel it. I'm left with 24hrs stuck with a cafe's Wi-Fi. I contacted customer service but even the in-app AI bot knows almost nothing. I contacted WA live CS as well, they gave me an EXTENSIVE procedure just to say they can't help me. They suggested I use a different payment method. If I could, I would've done that. The entire system is so useless.
