Strong arm business practices. So we were using the free version, it was fine, then we tried the trail of premium. Found it was unnecessary for the extra features. The trial ended and I was blocked from the app. It says to email them and they will remove the block and I will get the free features again.. Got an email response back from them telling me to submit a review in the play store with a screenshot as evidence and they will unlock my account. yea, I'm good with trusting this company

The service itself works well, but recently there was an issue I had with my data "disappearing." Unfortunately, when it was supposed to be fixed, nothing had changed. In the end, I was able to create a new circle--no big deal. The only thing I did not like was that the messages from support came through the app as notifications so if one was dismissed, the message was gone forever. I would recommend sending support messages through email to prevent this in the future.

This app worked really well at first; however, recently, like in the last 2 months, it's been freezing, still tracking one of my family members moving when they are already home, not updating for several hours, glitching, and much more. Yes, we do have the paid version. We were told that LIFE360 doesn't do anything like this.

With 17 days left on the free trial, I stopped being able to access the features of the free trial. But what I learned while I had it is this app is very glitchy. It would tell me my husband was an hour away at work, while he was sitting in my living room. ppls position wouldn't change while they were traveling and other similar things that make this app... well.... not one I'll be staying with. It's to bad the free trial isn't the 21 days it tells you it's for. Thats kinda scammy if you ask me.

My husband started running 5 mi a day and wanted me to be able to know his location in case of an emergency. We have enjoyed it and like the security and the look of the app. I took a star off for the complexity of getting the free version. (my husband was able to start an account easily, but when I joined I was automatically enrolled in the prem. trial and have had trouble accessing the free version.) Since it's only the two of us we don't need any extra features.

When I started the free trial it was great! I just moved closer to my nieces and nephew and bought them all phones so now we can all keep in contact and keep track of them. BUT, now that I paid for the subscription, it seems EXTREMELY laggy!! We won't get notifications till sometimes 30 mins AFTER someone leaves or comes home!! Please fix this!
