this app is a part of the watch I planned to buy, i had asked the seller if it the app was free or required a subscription. their answer; yes. so i did a trial run. I found out you need a subscription to keep ads removed for 3-6-or 9 months at a time. The app seems like it was translated from another language, and navigation through the app isn't very easily understood. I'm just trying to learn this app before I commit to purchasing the watch. This alone makes me not want to move forward.

Good tracker but not always precise location. Usually, it's around the location and then sometimes directly on it. Also, it needs more instruction on how to access some of the features in the app as some of them do not work. One option for the watch is it should give a digital clock option for children, also have to keep changing the time to correct the time. But, overall, I do like this tracker a lot. Good buy!

GPS not accurate. Isn't that the point of having this watch? It has the location at least 1 mile away! I was able to program phone numbers, time, etc. How can I set the time from military to regular? I also tested the SOS button.... The watch displayed a message saying "No number, please set by app", however, I still got the SOS message sent to my phone. I don't know if it's the watch that is cheap or the app or a combo.

Not bad at all! Only thing I would like from this app is the pop-up notification when I receive a message that my son sends from his device. I would have to open the app to check and see if there's a message waiting for me. Otherwise, I will not be informed. I've checked my app settings and allowed everything. I also checked my phone's setting app to make sure that the battery is not optimized. Still--nothing. Operating from a Samsung Galaxy Note10+.

Crashes when trying to register. UPDATE:: To get around that problem, I installed the app on another phone and was able to register. Then on my main phone I used that login and password and everything worked OK. The app still could use lots of improvements, though. It does work and provides lots of functionality that similar apps charge extra for (like voice chat).

I love the fact it give you so much control. [ The ability to disable during school hours (or any time of your choosing honestly) is great. I also like the fact I can disable the dial function, so that you can only call numbers programmed in. The messaging feature is also nice.] Although it doesn't at all show the correct GPS location AT ALL. It is always off by almost a mile. So theres that. But honestly 30 bucks for a kids watch phone isnt bad at all.
