Used to be a great app but the new AI feature is causing a lot of problems and seems to be not responsive. It is far more troublesome and difficult to list an item now as compared to before. The free quota for listing mobile phones is very limited now and you need to pay an additional $15 per listing if your quota has exceeded. Another annoying problem is that you will find lots of lowballers here.

STOP. SENDING. ME. NOTIFICATIONS. OF. AN. ITEM LISTING. THAT. I. CLEARLY. DON'T. WANT. I keep getting notifications almost weekly of this one item that i don't even want. I sell items on carousell and everytime the notification pops up I'd check it hoping it would be an inquiry about my listing but no its just the same useless item that i dont want. This app is also ad infested! Also, why did the notification from this app turn into chinese? Not once have i indicated that i speak Chinese!

I'm not sure what happened, but I can't look at listings outside of my own state, so instead of "All of Malaysia", it's just the listings 1 kilometers near me ? This really disturbs my browsing experience as I like to buy books and collectibles. Please fix this because I've already tried everything from turning off my location to redownloading the app.

If only I could give 0 star, I definitely would. after I successfully got paid for the item I sold, the app ask for verification using official ID document for withdrawal, it failed numerous time. the support I received from the emails is unhelpful and repetitive. each email just an excuse for their inability to resolve the issue at hand. After 3 months of back and forth of emails reply, no further action that could resolve the issue at hand. very dissappointed.

Just downloaded the app and created account. Within seconds of creating account. I got flagged for fraudulent activity. Not sure how I can be flagged for fraudulent activity when there's no activity to begin with. I was taken to a place to appeal and asked for all my information! 🙅♀️Not giving my info when there's nothing to disput.

Coins expires. Did not read the fine prints. Horrorified to discover $120+ worth of coins expired while i was busy with work. That is 3-4 months worth of subscription. I get that Carousell is a business, needs to earn money. But expiring coins is really too much and borderline unethical. Have unsubscribed and I suggest you do the same.
