Can be better. The possible improvements: 1. The most important. The rout shouldn't disappear when you switch the app to open another app. Now it disappears after several minutes and you need to find it again. 2. The most needed feature - notifications before arriving to the final stops on the rout. 3. The error. Sometimes it doesn't switch the place in the rout when you build a new rout upon existing one. It is necessary to turn off the app to build a new rout for that...

Sometimes you activate the ticket on your phone and get a QR code, but the confirmation email arrives two-three minutes later, that means that according to De Lijn system you haven't activated the ticket even when you already have the QR Code >:( It's better to buy the old-fashioned paper ticket.

de lijn is the worst public transport company I've ever encountered. half of the busses outside of the city don't come. and when they do check ups to see if you paid for their "service", they tell you to pay before you get on the bus. that has a 50% chance of not being there. I wish there were other options , but sadly no. either the price should go down , or the service should improve.

I am appalled by the unreliability and inefficiency of public transport and its inability to provide a decent alternative to the car. Even more so given the current climate crisis. App: busses are not shown in chronological order, all routes are marked as unavailable when there are detours, ... Edit: still not working. Doesn't even show alternative routes. Better to use Google maps.

I wanted to buy a 10-ticket bundle through the app. I tried twice and the app is not showing any tickets on my account. I did not get any error message on my bank's app when authorising the payment, nor on De Lijn's app. I am waiting to see if I will be charged at all and I will be asking for a refund in case I am. By the way, you should be able to pay with your card on the bus (just by tapping on the machine) but that doesn't work either, and it is not possible to buy tickets from the driver.
