Absolutely disgusting customer service just as mentioned in the other comments. No way to contact them and explain the following issue. I installed this partner app and registered successfully. However, when I tried to login to my existing account in the other Porter app for customers, it says that my number is already registered in the partner app so I cannot login. Ridiculous. So I cannot book a parcel without a new account with another phone number.

After picking up the order, we go to the location and the customer cancels it. Sometimes the customer gives oversized goods above 20 kg, then we have to cancel it. If we cancel then the porter suspends it for 1 hour. There should be more options for cancellation in these cases. Sometimes it happens that the customer does not receive the call and at that time we have to cancel it. A problem comes up and it gets suspended for 1 hour. There are many changes to be made in the Porter app

I'm working as a delivery partner with Porter, and honestly, the experience has been very disappointing. I have tried many times to go online, but every time the same error shows up: "time_not_synced". However, the time on my phone is completely correct. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app and logged in again, but the same error keeps coming up. And Porter’s customer service is really very poor.

Very bad experience! I had an order given for some stationary handwritten items. Porter said they will deliver it in 4 to 5 days. They didn't do that. The receiver wasn't available after 5 days at the destination. Then I asked for the parcel to return. I received a return after a month. That was some different parcel at all. My handwritten item (which was very important for me) has lost.

A worsen customer service, if we reach the customer's location and call the customer and the customer's number is not reachable then we will have to wait no matter how long it takes, If we cancel the order, we are banned for 2 hours and there is no proper reason to cancel in the app. So please I would suggest new joiners to do some other delivery work rather than this most useless porter app. [on 11/oct/2025 i have experienced this] And I had to come back 32 km.And there are many more problems

I have been registered for more than 40 days as a delivery partner but still I am not onboarded. As per the requirement, I have uploaded all the documents and paid the amount of Rs. 299/- to onboard. Porter promises to onboard within 4 days (maximum) but it's been more than 40 days. Even the app doesn't have any contact number for assistance or to make queries about anything but only a few selected FAQs. When I went to the office, I told people I haven't had an ID for three months.
