This app is garbage. Not as in "it has limited functionality". As in "it does not work at all". tried closing it, uninstalling it, and still 9 times out of 10 when you launch it you get a white screen with TUI in plain text at the top . . . . and that's it.

Unreliable app. Bookings often vanish and details must be re-entered. Alerts about pick-up times are easily missed, and check-in frequently fails unless you reset the app repeatedly. Boarding passes load inconsistently — sometimes they appear, sometimes not even after refresh. Take screenshots, request email copies, and carry paper backups; you can’t depend on the app alone.

only downloaded this tui app today and tried on several occasions to add my booking only to have a constant error message pop up telling me there's a technical issue and to try again in a moment. I should've read the comments before downloading. TUI do you no longer wish for people to book a holiday with you? looks like you actually don't give a poop!

Spam notifications. They didn't implement notification categories. They use high importance for everything so I cannot selectively disable advertisement and attempts to make me buy the last thing I've searched for. Result is being obliged to uninstall or to disable all notifications including those of interest when you've actually booked something. So if you are on travel with them there's no escape from all the advertisement because you cannot risk not receiving important messages.

Dreadful app. Despite logging in, it doesn't allow you to change your flight extras or add extras, instead sending you a merry go round of contacting departments who are impossible to get hold of - or push you onto another department. Terrible customer service. My first and last time with TUI unfortunately.

Always technical errors. Managed to check in on the app, then my booking disappeared. Tried to add it in again and was presented a "technical error" message. A bit inconvenient as I don't plan on taking my laptop on holiday. Happens to often with this app.
