Only works 40% of the time. Buggy and crash a lor. Backend developers, please!!! You gotta be really lucky if it loads for you. Also, really annoying that there's a "remember me" option for logging in, but you always get signed out anyways 🙃 July 2025 update: still sucks! I'm literally logged into my account on the app yet I can't view a single ticket for the event I want to go to. Keeps telling me I need to either sign in, hop onto WiFi, or use a different device. Super annoyed.

This app has always been garbage. I basically only have it to access the ticket to put in my wallet AFTER I purchase on the website. I can never purchase on the app. I can barely search for a show on the app. I am clearly logged in, and it still tells me it can't access my account. This has been happening for YEARS. Just got new update 5/5/25, just a circle rotating on my screen. App won't even open right now.

I don't use the app very often because it never works! It doesn't matter that I've updated to the latest version and signed in to my account, it continually tells me there are issues with my network... only mobile on, nope doesn't work... only wifi on, nope doesn't work... mobile and wifi both connected, still doesn't work. Basically it's a completely useless POS app!

How can such a large company have an app this bad? It constantly has issues. Most recently, it gets stuck in an endless redirect loop when trying to log in. Just now I tried joining a queue for a concert, but when I click "Join the Queue" nothing happens... I dont join a queue, no redirect, nothing... now the only way I'll be able to get tickets is buying them overpriced from a scalper... Truly pathetic...

The app never wants to keep me signed in. You also can't favorite events, just artists/teams. it makes it really hard to find events and come back to them later. If you try and go back from anywhere, it takes you back to the homepage. It's the worst app I've ever used. I would refuse to use it, but the have a monopoly on the industry and use it to abuse their customers. Edit: It's not any better.

Many bugs and glitches in this app. The stupidest part is that they won't let you sign in with your user ID and password through the app, instead it links to the browser it chooses and makes you sign in through a browser. This causes other problems. Also when you purchase tickets it's totally inconsistent when they actually show up in your account it may show up same day, next day or 20 to 30 days later. Either way you're locked out from selling them a transferring them to someone else.
