on multiple occasions the app will bug and not allow you to turn notifications on or off. if you are trying to get to an event where this error persists, theres a chance you won't be able to even view the event and it won't update the ticket selection. it's frustrating but other than that the app does work. it's happened to me to many times however that I can't give it more than 2 stars

I used to be a good app, I managed to go on concerts that were soldout before with this app and sold many tickets but since they implemented that "raffle" way to get randomly picked by the system it's less likely for you to get the ticket. It used to be very hard to get tickets to soldout shows but at least there were a chance if you were fast enough but now, it's clearly impossible and is fate rather than being quick. And no need to answer to my comment with your same lame message... Fix it!

Probably the worst problem-solving I have seen. Could not buy a ticket, since they would not verify my phone number. Their support had to call me to manually verify it. Could not do it. Told me they will do it ASAP. Just did not happen, the support conversation closed out, had to go through AI support again. Never using again. Also I don't recommend using it since they state the seller gets money instantly (which made my seller agree to sell on this platform), but he could only get money after.

I was charged for XCover i didn't choose. I bought a ticket through the app. I chose to continue without insurance — the price shown was 1300 NOK. After payment, 1400 NOK was charged. Support claims I selected insurance, but I definitely did not. This feels like a forced service and an unfair charge. The issue is resolved, but could be resolved faster and easier if the support was a bit more responsive

I'm losing money when I buy and sell a tickets on the platform because they are having synthetic rules wich would ignore the price they charged by effectively limiting the maximum asking price to a lower amount. Beware you may be forced to sell at a loss even if there is a strong demand for tickets. The support chat is a bot which provides no help and is bluntly claiming no EU agency can regulate their unfair market practices so one can only complain to themselves. Their rules and their profits.

UPDATE: for those struggling with address verification - use a recent bank statement that shows your country, city and street adress and make sure the address in your profile is written ABSOLUTELY the same as the document (regardless of alphabet). Good luck! absolute nightmare in terms of verification and 0 customer support. letting you sell tickets and demanding buggy verification afterwards seems like a deliberate scam. unbelievable, extremely annoying experience
