Has the most inefficient Customer Service I have ever experienced, even for straightforward issues. it's now 120hrs and an issue where you withdraw funds and receive them but the system still shows message that it is still processing transaction. Despite showing them the POP, still not removing that tag, meaning I can't make any further withdrawals until they remove that. Update: Sent several emails to the Supervisors as advised. No feedback. I am deleting my account! Useless! Don't bother!

I requested a withdrawal from Olymp Trade 2 months ago, and despite sending my bank statements, net banking proofs, video recordings, and official emails multiple times, support keeps asking for more documents and hasn’t processed it. Their trading charts also seem manipulated — if you keep winning, the algorithm triggers losses, and even when you win, withdrawing money becomes a struggle. They play with your hard-earned money, so don’t invest a single penny.

Used the app before but decided to try it again and test connectivity, deposit and withdrawal processes. Sometimes the app doesn't allow you to open the app, deposits are almost immediate but withdrawals not so much nearly feels likes I'm begging for my money, and when they do deposit the money it's in multiple transactions instead of one bulk transaction. I wouldn't recommend the app for big whales but it's OK if you want to experience what trading feels like and get an idea

I deposited money on th October 9th from my bank account via UPI to my Olymp Trade account. The platform showed that the amount would be added within 24 hours, the money has still not been added and it only shows "pending." I mailed the support team, and it was mentioned that they reply within 4 hours, but I have not received any reply till now. The Help and Support section is also useless because no real solution is provided. i need my Money back, such a waste app fraud app I can say

One of the best online trading app. For a beginner, who did not had any idea about online trading, I could trade easily. Opening an account was as easy as to open any social media accounts. Depositing and withdrawal of money is also effortless. The withdrawal however, will take some time if you are using debit card. It took me around 2 week for it to show in my account. The interface is pretty easy to understand and use. Overall I loved this app.

Pathetic app in terms of customer process and withdrawals and deposits. withdrawals are not processed in time and deposits are stuck with their vendors. All they keep asking you to wait for days and then keep coming with providing more and more details. There is no escalation process and hidden policies that doesn't allow your money to withdraw even after 5 days. Also, they block your rewards if your withdrawal is under process having it expired even if processing is delayed from their side.
