There's a bug on Login to my account. Where i try to Login but always being dumped to Register Page. When try to fill register form it's said I've been registered the account on another account. Loop and loop for about 2 hours till my ordered ticket gone. I've reported the bug but the CS mail said there's problem and i can login as usual. I tried to login again but it's just the same. This apps needs to to learn from Traveloka i guess so they won't waste users time.

Overall it's easy and simple to use, 1 ⭐ Missing for a feature where we couldn't see availability outside the date we selected. I guess it'll be better if we could emptied the date section to see the full availability reserved by a vendor, sometimes we need to adjust date to get accommodations that we want. Picking date after room sometimes needed for flexibility with holiday permit and the trip itself.

Previously i gave 5 star. But because of some issue that cannot be solve related with refund, i give you 1 star. I already become loyal customer for long time ago. But because of small cases that i thing to absurd, i decided to leave this apps and move to manual or another apps. Apologize and thanks

this version is so slow in loading bus tickets... most of the time it will ebd in error and will aska us whether to go back to the previous page or reload the page (again this will be so slow in refreshing contents and most likely end in error)

junk!, booked online, downloaded app to access bookings on the go, can't login to app with email, phone number, or Facebook account, despite already having an account .. waist of time..

I was very satisfied the first time I used it because there was a promotion. However, now when I try to use it again on both my phone and my wife's. When attempting to make a payment via ShopeePay, an OTP notification appears instead for OVO payment and even for a phone number change request in OVO. This happened on both devices, mine and my wife's. This strongly indicates to me that the app has a security issue. I will refrain from using it until this issue is resolved.
