Beware of this app. I ordered one ticket knowing it was non-refundable but when I went to see my ticket, I had been issued two seperate tickets and was told by their customer service that it showed on their end that I had made another order so could not be refunded for the second order I know I didn't make The response: Contact customer "service" with whom I've already spent too much time being told that the fault must lie with me. Oh well. It was a 10 euro lesson. Don't use Tiqets

FALSE "VALUE" Aquarium tickets. Got the more $$ value ticket that included other things to do there that require more $ there. There was a section to pick 2 things to do from 3 options, and all the other options had green check marks next to them that you would automatically get. One of those 3 options didn't even exist, nor any extra exhibits, and one was still extra $$. The general admission ticket was the exact same as the value ticket I paid more for. Was basically told too bad no refund.

The app will say error, as if it's not taking your card, I was double charged, reached out through email twice and chat. They have not responded to return the double charge!! Be careful to not re-enter your info when getting that message, or clicking back. The option to buy tickets may also pop up under the event you are trying to attend making it seem like they are partnered with the event, pay close attention! Customer service sucks

Beware of this app. In case you are eligible for refund you can forget about it. Due to a technical issue with the app during purchase of 2 tickets I had been approved refund of one ticket through chat, by customer service. Several hours later I was surprised to receive an email denying the refund. I would stay away from this one. There are plenty of others

Literally the worst. Our subway was unexpectedly closed and we arrived 10 minutes later than expected for the tour guide. I called them to see if we could go on a later tour since we were late but they refused to be even a bit flexible. They refused to give me a refund after they refused to give us the later tour. THE ENTRY TO A LOT OF THE "TICKETS" ARE LITERALLY FREE. THEY try to sell you the tickets as if there's sooo many "this is for blank blank and blank" BUT ITS ALL THE SAME PLACE.

Purchased tickets through the app which I never received an email confirmation or the tickets, they took the money out of my account only. This was all during my vacation. I have emailed, chatted and contacted them a multiple of times but I am told I can not get a refund even though I still don't have the tickets. It's been two months now and this was while I was on vacation. Terrible customer service.
