This was once an absolutely wonderful TV remote - the only good one I ever found (still is a rare working one), and one that saved quite a bit of money on replacement remotes. Over the past two years or so, however, I've watched it be renamed (bought out?), adopt substantially more aggressive ads, and in general, rapidly deteriorate in quality. I suspect this is a causality of the decline of IR, but it is quite disappointing - two years ago, this was probably the most useful app on my phone.

Works well with an IR blaster I bought from AliExpress, set up to control my Daikan air-conditioner and LG TV was a breeze. You can change button layout without paying. I had to open the app a couple of times to get the pop up asking whether to rotate the app; can't seem to change it (back) without allowing to change system settings permission. I haven't seen an ad in the app.

I used the Zaza Remote app to control my Samsung AC, and it worked on the very first try with the universal remote. I was honestly surprised by how easy and quick it was to set up. The app is very user-friendly, and it supports a wide range of devices. I’ve tried many remote apps before, but this one actually works! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable universal remote app.

Best app for a universal TV remote, I just wish there was a config that could control all TV brands instead of switching from brand to brand, there is a universal option but it doesn't really work.

🫣 The set-up doesn't make sense, I know my model blueray but could not find a dvd device to make my blueray work. The back button cant be moved next to the arrows 😫. So i had to order a Remote from Amazon then I let the app Scan it and it appears as what i thought it should, a sony dvd player, but then i try to add a device I can't even find the model on the add device.. very disappointed in the set-up and me buying the remote control completely remove the need for this app....🙈
