About this app
The Fastrack Smart World application is your perfect companion app to connect your Fastrack Smart wearable devices to your mobile phone. It also manages and monitors the smart wearable device features and settings. It helps you visualise your fitness activity and vitals captured by your smart wearable device so that you can keep a track of your health effectively.
Use this Fastrack Smart World application to set up and manage the following features:
- Connection/disconnection with the smartwatch
- Software/firmware updates
- Control/modify smartwatch settings
- Access health feature settings and data like Heart Rate, SpO2, Blood Pressure, etc. (non-medical use, only for general fitness/wellness purpose)
- Turn on/off or modify notification access
- Seamlessly sync your my fitness, multi-sport and sleep data
- Sync favourite contacts from the application to watch
- Sync your health data with Google Fit
- Don’t miss out on important updates. Allow the app to send call (Phone Call permission required), SMS and third-party app notifications to the watch so that you can stay on top of your game.
- Reply with SMS while rejecting call (Send SMS permission required).
- You can also manage the list of apps that you want to receive notifications from - you’re in control, always!
- Get weather updates by allowing the app to detect your location, so that you can see forecasts.

Stops working. Was working well and all of sudden stopped working on Android. Now, I am trying to set up and not receive a text message to complete the connection. If it is an international app, then e-mail should also be a way to complete registration. What is worst is fitness data for months has been lost. Disappointed. Again had an upgrade today 9/11 and now it is crashing. Will again loose the data until a newer version with fixes is released.

Very poorly made. 1. After the last update the app won't even start, it is crashing everytime I try to start it. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but that didn't fix the issue. 2. Whenever I sunc the app and the watch, most of the time only the steps data is transferred and the sleep, heart rate, and other activity data is not transfered onto the app from the watch.

the app is not able to collect data from watch, I'm using the device from a long time for my daily workout sessions but the data collected in app from watch is stuck at 2nd October and after that no data is getting stored in application, quite pathetic and gutter level of experience with titan and fastrack. at least work on your android application and software.

Doesn't sync with the watch in background even if the watch is connected to the phone via Bluetooth for the whole day. Have to open the app everyday explicitly, then only it syncs. The app is granted all the permissions. The phone's with me whole day, and I wear the watch whole day too.

absolutely dumbest FASTRACK, Sports mode doesn't work gets stuck at last 1 sec countdown, side button works abnormally one time it opens alexa, one time it restarts just with a simple press, after working for a full day it refuses to connect with app & forces to reset wasting full day data and workout, sometimes just after restart all the worked data gets erased. no use of complaint in app as no response from them. TATA loosing its value slowly. if this continues need to quit this watch brand

I was literally got insulted in the public due to the phone finder ringing feature on the watch. I ringed to find my phone, and I got it... thanks to the feature..., but I accidentally closed the notification for stopping the ring, and I didn't find any other option to stop the ringing until I uninstalled the app!!! Atleast add an option to stop this ringing inside the app, don't just rely entirely on the notification bar... A button or a toggle switch inside the app is more than enough...
