Note: ConnectNext app is currently available for Zest, Bolt, Tiago, Tigor, Nexon, Hexa, Harrier, Safari and Punch users only. All the features mentioned above are vehicle and variant dependent and not applicable to all the users. ConnectNext App configures based on the feature availability of the vehicle it is connected to. If a particular feature mentioned is not visible after connecting with Infotainment system then it implies that feature is not supported with that vehicle variant.

The app is very slow and doesn't sync properly with time. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to sync. Even when its connected, at times it just loses the connection have to restart the app again. The worst part is the fact that it stays running in the background even after disconnecting from the infotainment system and I have to kill it from the system. The list will go on. Even basic functionalities doesn't work properly sometimes. This really needs an overhaul. Please!!

Even when the phone is connected to the infotainment system, the app says that phone is not connected. One has to switch off and restart bluetooth or the vehicle ignition to do that. And the funny part is the in-app feedback feature doesn't work. When submitting feedback, I get a message that something went wrong even while cinnected to internet.

Not connecting to Car at all. Also, app keeps crashing repeatedly. Turn by turn navigation never works, even connection doesn't work properly. The support is also not good, even after downloading the maps and all, nothing precisely works. The app also keeps crashing most of the time. Most important feature of app you can't give feedback to them.

it's really a good app to connect with your car and control almost all basic functions including climate control and infotainment system; also, it tells you about necessarily information like distance to empty, mileage etc. overall a handy app which even gives rear passenger complete control like a boss. According to me, for all TATA car owners it's a must have app. thank you

The app missing so many items.. seems like developed an app without QA team. 1. Once the app is opened it will remain in the notification until it is forcefully closed from settings. 2. Take a lot of time to connect and to sync 3. Auto start option is provided, but when selected it ask for time. Actually i dont drive the car on a scheduled time basis. It should automatically start when the Bluetooth is connected. 4. It need some more functionality like driving pattern,fuel efficiency,etc..

seems like this app is made by unprofessonal team, neither the technical team is concerned about the reviews, this app is working on luck basis , change the name of app to ( try your luck ) neither all car models are updated in this app, No evs selection, not all features added, 1. sunroof control 2. ambient light Control 3. air conditioner can not be on/off completely
