App usually works great but rejects every credit card I threw at it. I updated the app, uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted phone. Same problem. Fix this. Customer support is impossible to reach. You have to use the desktop web chat. They don't provide a phone or email. You have to navigate an annoying customer support labyrinth of options to get close to talking to a human. It all finally did work on desktop but trying to contact anyone about the android app was a nightmare.

Terrible!! Do not trust them... You purchase tickets and then show up to the event only for there to be on ticket in your order nor barcode to scan. Only a receipt, which does you no damn good. I'm beyond pissed. I purchase tickets, spend money on gas, parking and rideshare to be dropped off and nothing!! Then, there is no one in customer service to assist with the issue while you're standing outside the venue. You're literally left to turn around and leave. A complete waste of time.

Really easy to book tickets, and great prices...made even better if you can get Rush or Lottery Tickets. Plus, you can earn rewards, including credit you can use towards buying more tickets, making it even cheaper. It's also handy that you can use the one app to book tickets in different cities all over the world. It's super easy to add your tickets to your Google wallet or view them in the app, so no faffing about looking for your tickets in emails. Would definitely recommend Today Tix! 😁😁

UPDATE 2025: todaytix was not very helpful when an incident occurred--with the actors in the show--that prevented me from seeing it for the time I purchased my tickets. Instead of a refund they gave me a voucher, but the seats I wanted were 'no longer available' at the price for which I had originally purchased them. Needless to say I was heartily displeased. 2023: it's the only way I buy broadway tickets; it's easy, functional, convenient and you get great deals on shows and tickets!

Poor. I accidentally clicked the wrong performance date for a play. Even though I realized almost immediately, the app would not let me change. Finding the support was difficult. They still have not gotten back to me on the request to change to my preferred date. I don't undress why there is not a short grace period for errors. No humans to talk to. Unlikely I will continue to use this app/site

I usually love the app. I look to see what shows are playing and what the prices are all the time. But this time I was looking to book multiple shows in the same day and the app kept saying there were no available times or seats, even though the app indicated there were ticket availability for the date and time I wanted. So, I waited 10 minutes, rebooted my phone and tried again. Still nothing. So I bought a ticket to my next choice. Now, 24 hours later there are hundreds of open seats.
