It's been 4 days now that I can't open this TongitsGo. What's going on? I did uninstall and install but still, no joy. Prior to this problem, I spent money to buy diamonds many times but I lost my excitement to play and even to spend more money because you will automatically be kicked out in the game when you win and exceed the coin limit on the game level to get to the higher level. It sucks. I love it so much before they do some changes. Changes made this game undesirable to spend more money.

I loved playing this game before. You can 20k free coins when you watch an add. Then it became 15k, and now its only 10k. And i think when you reach a certain amount of free gold coins, the button for the free coins will disappear. One more important thing, the coins you win from the spin wheel wont add up to your account. What a joke! And now, i cant even open the app. Its just a black screen and will close on itself.

Its not giving rewards! it always says it refreshes everyday at 3pm but its not happening! how many times i have tried but to no luck! guess its only giving the gocoins but it cannot be redeemed in reality! Don't ever believe that they have fixed the support contact because it does not! and it will never give the redeems on gifts! ITS A SCAM.!DONT EVER BUY THEIR SERVICES TO GET COINS AND GOLDS! Every game I choose, I lose. maybe, fix the system first. it really needs urgent improvement. Or I swear this game will be forgotten one day because of its unfair match and giving ugly cards. PS: I'm a student and this is the way I run my problems but if it will damage my mental health because of the injustices matchups, I will surely delete it.

Really enjoyed this game before, but now it has so many bugs. I've tried customer service several times. Worst customer service. Will put you on queue forever, and once its your turn, they dont help. After 2 hours on hold, the problem is still not fixed. Don't waste your time on this app.

Yeah...guess this could be considered one of the best online card games app. However, during the past 3 weeks, the system keeps on lagging. I usually have a problem opening the app though the wifi connection was very strong. And I lost a lot of golds already because the system got problems while the game is on. I hope this can be fixed immediately. I still recommend the app though.
