Followed instructions to the letter, tried multiple times and contact backup failed to restore on second device. Backup was generated on old device, emailed and downloaded to new device and the restore looked like it was successful but the contacts don't appear in the new phone. Tried SMS as well, backup generated, emailed and it wouldn't even open on the new device. Waste of a lot of time.

Wow. That was easy. Just moved from iPhone to Samsung and different service providers. I've searched online to find a way to transfer my contacts and so many back and forth working suggestions and always needed to do more complicated things. With this app it took me less than 5 minutes and all contacts were transferred

I have taken backup of my sms/messages, when I tried to restore on my new phone it didn't work, stuck on restoring but nothing happened even after waiting for an hour. i have lost my sms data. I'm using the latest version. don't use this application.

Contacted you over email but no reply yet I installed and testing it. It appears that it doesn't backup the messages that are being sent between Samsung phones (as chat messages but in sms App). Also, it doesn't check duplicates from one backup to the other which means that the same sms will appear in several Can you check and fix?

Don't use this app. This app is usefull only you want to transfer the data immediately or within a month. I backed up contact 6 months back when I want to restore. It showing file is unable to read or import. I have written a email to the support team no response. I suggest not to belive this app for long storage

Great app. I have been using this app for some years now and it has never disappointed. Whenever i change my device, all i need to do is go to my email and restore all my contacts that i backed up through this app. It serves the purpose. It hasn't ever failed
