While I really like th concept of this app and service, the fact the the venu can override it is crazy. I selected a couple of the songs while everyone else was as well, only for the venu to then decide they were not going to run the service and play an in house DJ. Then the app listed my songs as having been played. I reach out to them and they refunded me less than 1/4 of the credits I used. I won't be using this junk again.

Updates broke the app. App wants location accuracy ON, oonly asks for "While using app", Precise location is checked, can't locate me. Wouldn't matter if I could check in to my past jukeboxes but can't make it that easy, can we? Over ten years of use, status, and now everyone can see the queue and they took away my discounted Fast Passes. No difference between Showstopper (3000 Plays) and International icon (4000 Plays) besides the amount of money you give them and potential Bonus Credits.

Wide selection, and I've had a great experience with it for the last 3 years. However, the recent update to "upgrade" songs in the queue to fast play at any time is incredibly annoying, and a blatant attempt to pull more money from users. I once sat with my song selection at #2 in the queue 4 staight songs, and on a separate occasion, I bought a song with fast pass just to get 3rd in queue, only to get further outbid in queue. Why have a fast pass at all?

so don't let your credits go down to zero, lost my playlist, took long time to build up, lost the history of all the songs I played. I spent over $60 a month. I lost everything, except they saved my credit card number. isn't that nice! 👎🫤🙄 not cool ... restore the history of how many songs I played, and my playlist! and I will erase your shity review 🤬

The only time TouchTunes is worth it is when the bar's empty. Otherwise, the price of the songs and overall availability of them is nowhere close to being worth it. At least 3 times now, I have queued multiple songs BEFORE I even go inside the bar, and it NEVER plays because people are free to skip and skip if they have the money for it. If there was a way to restrict how many skips a person gets or if the money got refunded if your song never played, this app would be perfect. It isn't, though.

Usually great for playing music, my main issue is when songs I want to play are labeled as "explicit" though there isn't a single explicit lyric or any other justifiable reason for the tag, which then prevents the songs from being played in some establishments. Please add an option to request that an actual person reviews the song lyrics when this is discovered by app users.
