Their app is garbage and their customer service is even worse! They do not want to transfer you to a supervisor because they are not available due to "being off". I wasted a half hour with Rose just to get absolutely nowhere! Incompetent individuals at their overseas call centers! BTW, don't update your app. It will lock you out of your account. That is what my problem is. Also, they don't want to honor a promotional price because I called in. Which was due to their app not working... Horrible!

This app will not let me reset my password whatsoever so I can update my payment method. Straight Talk doesn't send me the email half the time, and when it does, it doesn't send me to a page to reset my password at all. No matter how many times I click, nothing happens. It just kicks me out and shuts down the page. Even updating it didn't work or even restarting my phone. By far one of the worst phone plans out there. Do NOT get.

Well, I've only had this phone for a couple of weeks and decided to try and login to the My Straight Talk account but I get stuck at the "Enter Your Password" spot. The password I thought I had doesn't work, and the Reset Password doesn't work either. It sends me the email, but when I click the link, it takes me right back to the Login page. No Reset Option exists. I called the customer service number, but that just takes me on an AI whirlwind back and forth and around and around.

The previous version was fine and easier to use. After this latest update, the app would not let me pay for 2 lines at once with the discount. I was forced to update the app. After I paid for one line separately, I thought I'd be able to just pay for the second line separately, but Nooo. Then the app made me HAVE TO pay for both lines together. So I ended up having to pay the price of 3 service plans instead of 2. Trying to figure out how to get a refund but the customer is trash with ST.

The actual phone service of Straight Talk is pretty good, but this app (and subsequently their website) is so poorly optimized that it's awful. It's slow, even when your internet isn't, it's unresponsive, and many times it simply doesn't work. I'm currently having a struggle with simply logging in as it keeps saying "invalid response." This isn't my first time having this issue, nor is it my first time having any issues at all. Please make your app usable, thanks.

The app sucks!!.. it keeps rejecting my payment info for the auto payment, so when the date comes around to pay for my monthly subscription, it cuts off my service and then I have to phone them to activate service again, but of course then I don't get the discounted rate. I know the info I give them is correct, but all the stupid app says is oops something went wrong . and they don't notify me they are cutting off service.. so round and round we go..
