The complaint I have about paying so much for this service, is it will only show the location when the pet is out of the safe zone. it won't let you make the safe zone your yard, it's pretty much my entire block. I can't see where she is unless she's out of there. The option to find via Bluetooth is almost always unusable, it won't let you click it. I wish for the money it had a little more.

Company is shady and a scam. Won't let you cancel or pause subscription; that part of their website won't load. But the part allowing you to upgrade loads instantly. No customer service phone number and they're not replying to email. I'm going to have to file a dispute with my credit card company and let them deal with it. And file a Better Business Bureau complaint; I noticed they're not accredited

Don't get unless you're willing to pay at the least $108 all at once because there are no monthly options. I don't mind paying a lump sum but only when I expect it beforehand and not forced to do so. I feel like I was lied to twice already. The first time is when I paid EXTRA for shipping so I would get it in 1-3 days instead of the 5 days with free shipping. It took 6 days - 4 business days. I will say that the cat tracker is smaller and lighter than I expected, which is a good thing.

It works ok. I can't freely go live, which is extremely annoying. When it's in power savings zone mode it takes minutes to find out the pet left the property. When you don't see your pet and want to go live, you can't until the app recognizes that the pet is out of the zone. If I could go live instantly when I choose the app would get 4 or 5 stars. Overall, the app is very clunky.

Doesn't actually work when you need it. My cat is currently missing and we can't turn off the power saving zone, meaning we can't get his precise location. We have tried two different phones in case it was some kind of bug, but it's the app. There is no customer support number, meaning we have to wait for them to reply to our email if we want any hope of finding our cat. For a SUBSCRIPTION service you'd think they'd be better. Don't waste your money.

it's a little bigger than our last tracker which this company bought out or merged with them... but overall the features are good. the battery lasts less than the old tracker, but it's long enough it shouldn't be an issue. I also have to manually start and end a walk, which our old tracker auto detected if we were moving slowly within Bluetooth range, but outside of our home zone. I'm hoping this will get a little more AI smarts as time goes on.
