For one, the fact that you have to re-register every time they update the app is incredibly inefficient. Two, I just updated it and I can't get through the onboarding because the layout isn't responsive to my phone layout. I can't select the link that says "start" so I literally cannot enter the dashboard, re-register, nothing. Useless. Which is very upsetting considering this is something that needs to happen for your packages to come in. You'd think they'd actually try to do a good job.

It doesn't work with some types of resident cards, such as the Taiwan Employment Gold Card. I get stuck at the step where I need to take a photo of my ID card... the app is unable to take the photo, and therefore I'm unable to complete Real Name Verification. Ever. This means every time I ship anything online, it's always a hassle & lots of manual paperwork to fill out, phone calls to make, etc. Every time, they tell me, "just use the EZ Way app!" But it doesn't work 😭😭😭

You have an option to choose between Taiwanese citizen and non-citizen, so you think they app would be more foreigner friendly. I have the same complaints as every other foreigner reviewing this app. My ARC starts with two letters, the app only allows you to enter one letter. My full name has more characters than the app allows you to enter. Useless.

I chose English for the EZWay app, but many messages or parts of the interface are in Chinese. Also, some messages in English are unintelligible (not understandable). Therefore, foreigners using this app will make mistakes causing their packages to not be delivered. I cannot use this app anymore without my wife's assistance. Trying to get my recent package cleared and delivered to me has been extremely frustrating.

Unfortunately, we have no choice but to use this piece of garbage app because of Taiwan import rules. The name "EZ" way could not possibly be less appropriate. Not only does the app suck, but the entire import process is a joke. Its hard to run a business when the government gets in the way this badly. Shame on Taiwan. This app demands an update. If you get a notice of a package, it does not give a notification if an update is required. They update it about 8 times a months, so you need to constantly check for updates and messages.

I can't log in cause i need to use my Chinese name which is didnt know to write. 🤣 Dang this app is full of complications. not convenient at all.
