Their customer care is bad. I do not get any call even after rescheduling the call. Moreover, the kit is not getting upgraded and I am even more confused about talking to the doctor even though I am from science.... Hair fall is still happening, it has been 2 months now but it is fine but the person who is complaining of this calls and asks that the growth is not like that but it does not happen even after rescheduling it.

I would advise caution regarding the purchase of products from Traya. It appears that upon initiating use of their kits, customers may experience persistent solicitations for additional purchases. Furthermore, it seems their sales approach resembles that of a grocery store. It is also concerning that hair fall may increase after starting to use the product, potentially leading to a situation where the customer is committed without recourse for return. No improvements shown after using regularly I'm very much disappointed I've been using traya products since 7months but didn't find any positive results and a regular customer It's a very bad experience Every time they are just telling for new new tests. I would say it's totally waist of time and waste of money. A person earing 20-25k spend alomost 2k every month and in results it's worst then b4. I have been following every routine from last three. what I noticed after using these products my dandruff increased as well as my hair fall. when I contact customer care they will say be regular and bla bla. what the hell guys they will say not to use other products. They are just pulling money from public. Results are totally negative. Never use it

I have been using Traya for the past 21 days. The immediate change I noticed was that dandruff reduced to alomost nil. The rest of the products will show results later. Updating my review after 6 months of usage. My hairfall is Nil, there is no dandruff at all and now there are visible baby hair around my crown which was completely empty earlier. I am glad that Traya delivers what it promises. Thank you for introducing such a wonderful product.

i order anti dandruff shampoo where 50rs service charges were applied which is also fine. but the real problem is the product is not deliver by 13 days...and the moment i cancel refund is also take 7..8 day. so i just gave them money for 15 days and now i have not received a money or a product. I not recommended this to anyone. better to switch other place or should not use anything, butter milk can only clear your scalp. atleast it will not take days..in era of 15 minutes delivery.
