On Android, the app is OK to a point. if you have a lot of passwords and scrolling through a very long list takes minutes you have to search. To do that you have to press the 3 dots, press search then can type your search. On a daily basis that takes a lot of time. To avoid the unnecessary time, it would be logical to just have a search filter at the top to begin with.

It's a great app, it allows you to have passwords saved and then entered automatically (optional), and thank you to the management team for figuring out the issue!!! 5 🌟🌟🌟 thx!!! Thank you for the help, srry I didn't know there was a way to do that!, And plus for some reason 1: when you go to login to a website, the symbol doesn't show up, and 2: for some reason when the sign out after a week (or what ever you have it set on) it automatically signs you out after maybe 3-5 hrs. So fix it pls

This is a good app that I was using for years, but then suddenly last year it won't allow me to log in. I sign in, and it tells me to verify the account via email. I verify through the email, then on the app it has me sign in again, and the whole process repeats over and over. It's like an endless loop. Uninstalling and reinstalling made no difference.

Nice app. Makes it easier to log in without having to remember all your passwords. Just hit login for the app you're trying to open, and whala!! One thing I would change is the fact you have to enter the apps url address when you're making a specific apps profile and its next to impossible to find the url address of most apps. I dont know why they require this. I'm sure they can make the true key app work without requiring the url address of apps you need to get into.

1. In Chrome and Brave, the True Key extension displays the True Key logo on credential fields in browser, but it can't be clicked on. This seems pointless, or broken. You have to manually open the True Key app, search for the website you want, and individually copy and past credentials into the fields since it doesn't auto-populate them. 2. When sending a 2FA notification to your phone, the notification won't show the notification if your screen is off. You have to turn on the phone, then click "resend notification" to be able to approve the login. It also will not display over certain apps, such as if you have a Facebook Messenger conversation open. 3. When the app does not identify the website you are trying to log in to, you have to manually scroll through the list of potentially hundreds of sites you might have saved, and they are not in a coherent alphabetical order, and there is glaringly lacking no search feature. This would be a very helpful feature.

9/21/2021 - I've used this app for many years on my PC with almost no problems. This Android app is one of the most unreliable things I've ever used. It rarely pops up to automatically log me in anywhere. I have to go and manually start the app then read the password I have saved then go back to the app I'm trying to log into and manually enter the password. The True Key app for Android is completely useless. I would rate it 0 stars if I could.
