There is no possibility to disable additional packages in the application, which can be considered as imposition of services. Support via chat does not give any information on how to disable the package. The chat itself is laggy and completely out of line with the status of the company. Notifications that any package has ended comes after the actual end, without prior notice. Which can also be seen as a trick to increase the cost to the customer.

There is no cancle the subscription.It take away even tho i did not want to buy anything.Some package are useable but most of the time they just took from your bill not from package.I recharge yesterday about 300 i buy the package worth of 130+ incluse tax .I use for zoom meeting just for an hour in this morning my balance is 0 and my package does not even touch.

I recently bought a computer for my dog. She, of course, is not yet an experienced user - she just walks on the keyboard and poops on buttons. Nevertheless, even she managed to make a more thoughtful and convenient application. Where can I send my dog's resume to the position of the team lead?

Edit: Thanks for the reply, I appreciate your efforts. I believe the mentioned bug below to be taken care of soon. I recommend this app. Previous: Please fix this bug. When I requested service certificate letter, it told me that the server was down and I should try later. After a view tries, it now tolled me that a reached maximum tries for the day. This is especially annoying when the certificate is urgent. I am happy to update this review as soon as its fixed:)

Error when trying to refill, see summary or do any other action, reconnect does not fix anything. Helper bot is utterly useless, do not answer the question just give abstract instructions instead, don't even let to connect to the human operator

True send sms messages to all customers in Thai regardless of their language preferences. Also beware of previously purchased packages on auto recharge. if you top up, these suddenly rip out your funds without seeking consent.
