From 5 to 3. Hate to do it but the quality has dropped snice I first started using it a couple of years ago. 1st you'll have to open app before copying link to insure it downloads. 2nd it stops and needs to be closed and reopened to continued after a few downloads. 3rd as of now, it doesn't work at all. Maybe it had something to do with my phone updating snice the one on my tablet still works, so I might give it a pass. It's still not usable at the moment even though my backup downloader does.

EDIT: as of lately, i cant even open the app. It stopped working with instagram about a few months ago, and now no longer works at all. Really disappointing. I will have to look elsewhere for an app that can do what this one does without requesting suspicious data. Old review: Despite it's name, this app has really good compatibility with Instagram, and I haven't had any problems with it so far. It's noninvasive and gets the job done without even a watermark. It's splendid!

Used to work perfectly, but as of the past few months, can't download anything from ig. Uninstalling for now, as it serves now purpose but to take up space, since it doesn't work on any of the other apps it's supposed to be compatible with as well. Edit: updated back when they did the patch (march/april) and began working. As of July, it went down again for instagram, even when you log in to insta through the app. No updates, no info, I'll un-install permanently, the issues are too persistent

App works intermittently. It used to work but now it doesn't work at all. the app tells me that I can't download a video because the page is private and I need to log in through Tumblr. When I click the option to log in through Tumblr, the page goes blank (turns white). I've even completely logged out of my Tumblr app itself and logged back into my Tumblr account through Timbloader and Timbloader STILL wouldn't let me download anything. This is a problem on the Note 20 5G Ultra as well.

Update, they've killed the app. It used to work fantastic but for the last several months it has downloaded nothing. Errors 100% of the time. I'm giving up and uninstalling Simple and just works! The default download folder can be changed to external memory which for me really put this app over the top! The ads were quite annoying so just pay the 99 cents (this will remove ALL ads) to this awesome developer so he can make this and other apps even better!

has been my go-to app for years, but the new "internal log in" for Instagram looks like a scam to get our data. if you open the language options, they open in the timbloader font, not Instagrams. secure your login process by using the account I'm already logged in with. Better yet, just take it out and let us download videos without logging in again.
