It never worked!!! Super confusing prompts! Why ask for 2 phone numbers when I only have 1?!? I gave a friends number for the second one but it still wouldn't give me a boarding pass or check me in. And, I Always got error messages trying to get a boarding pass and it kept asking for information I'd already entered...over and over and over. The same thing happened for 4 Turkish Airlines flights.

Worst customer service for worst airlines. I used the app to hold tickets price for 24 hours as they claim, but 4 hours before the deadline, the website started to act up and not allowing me to proceed with the payment (knowing that prices went up, so we can all see why this "technical" issue happened), when I called customer service they rudely said that I can file a complaint but the rep added that they can't guarantee a response from the company, so much for customer service.

Really like the user interface, but it's quite glitchy, similar to their desktop website. Tried making a reservation and twice in a row, both unsuccessful, including several other attempts that didn't even allow me to get to the payment page. Had to do a "reserve and pay later" option, and even then it took 3 attempts before it finally went through. Turns out there are also multiple duplicate charges on my credit card. Of course I already let the bank know but it was still quite annoying

This is crazy! Useless app. I was trying to add another passanger to my existing booking so that I can manage both of them together, but the app never save other passenger to my booking. Every time I had to add them separately because when you go back the app will take you to the homepage (navigation is also messed up). I tried to create account for miles&smiles but the create password field will not let me paste my password, also it just allows you to have numbers in that field.

Despite the decent airplanes and inflight food, the customer service tends to get worse everyday. The app doesn't allow a lot of transactions. If you choose to chat live, they tell you to call for help, because they can't help you. If you call, they tell you to send feedback online. If you send feedback, the issues never get solved. The English language is very bad and it's very hard to communicate with them. Had a very good opinion on this company, but it's slowly changing due to poor cust serv

Absolute garbage. Update your seat? It changes twice after you paid for it. My flight keeps disappearing while I'm in layover!! Miles and smiles account keeps glitching and won't add my miles and keeps telling me to fill out information I already filled out over and over. I had to CALL the airline on the phone to change my flight. What the point of this app than if I can't do anything on it!? The WORST airline app I've ever used. Good airline, terrible app.
