About this app

MOI UAE provides smart services to be used by individuals and companies as well. The application provides services that covers three main sectors of the Ministry of Interior of United Arab Emirates, which are the following:

1. Traffic and Licensing (Vehicles Licensing, Driver Licensing, Traffic Fines and Plates Services)

2. Civil Defense (Institutions Licensing, Trading Companies Licensing, Drawings Approvals, Prevention and Safety Procedures for Vehicles and Awareness and Training Services)

3. Police Headquarters (Criminal Status, E-Police in Your Mobile, Home Security and Prisoners Visit)

In addition to the smart services, the application provides many smart features such as the nearest service center location as well as a ticketing service to book your appointments before heading to service centers. It also provides news and information about the Ministry of Interior of United Arab Emirates.

It doesn't work on Huawei and Xiaomi devices. Can't login, I got an error message when trying to login with the UAE pass and the username and I have to use the website instead.. 👎🏻 👎🏻 👎🏻

A great service, I wish we had this in Europe. However it still has a couple of small usability problems, such as ensuring the correct mobile is registered to the driving licence at renewal. In the end one still has to call someone at an obscure office to fix the problem. But otherwise an excellent service and very helpful.

The worse experience ever. I have received an email saying that the system is down and have to pick my document myself and the email has wrong location. When I arrive, people working there kept sending me from location to another location. Everyone is lost and have no clue about anything but preteding that they know and give wrong information.

I can't able to view my license fine. when I search for the fine, it shows "An error has occurred while processing request". And when I login every time it shows "Something went wrong during the login, please try again later" but I already login. In the website I can see the license fine, but when I press to pay, there is no pay option.

It's not working! So disappointing, it's not working at all since I've installed it. It keeps saying I have an internet connection problem, but there is no problem with that. I connected to wi-fi and 4G, all the same. Uninstalled and installed it back about 5 times, same error! What is the solution to that? I really need this app!

The app didn't work to ask for a driving license exchange. Forms didn't make sense, lots of unrelated information was being asked, street has to be selected from a list that has only few options. And support inexistent, and when opening a formal conplaint very bad support and the process also broken.
