Requesting a personal ride has never been easier on Uber Lite— Here’s how it works in four steps:
Open the app
Confirm where you are and tap to select your destination
Choose a vehicle type
Confirm your ride
What happens after you request?
Your location and destination information is shared with your driver so they know where to pick you up and drop you off.
Once you've requested a ride, the app will show you all the information you need about your upcoming trip, including your driver’s name, picture, contact information, vehicle details, progress toward your destination, and their time to arrival.
When your trip is over, pay in cash. Uber Lite does not accept digital forms of payment at this time.

I had a very disappointing experience with Uber recently. On the same day, I booked two rides for pick-up and drop-off at the same address during our festival. For the first ride, the fare shown was around £6, but after paying, I was unexpectedly charged an additional £9 for a “late arrival/late payment” fee that was never informed to me before or during the trip. Later that night, I booked another ride home. The fare was around £7, which I paid, but again the same issue happened — another £7

it is very difficult to put the pickup location, sometimes the drop location and also save a place to favourite. there is no setting options in the manage account. please solve this. The app should not even ask for the pickup location everytime, when we open the app, it should ask only for destination. sometimes we will not be knowing the whereabouts of our location. We will not be able to put the pickup location. if we try to put what we know it shows irrelevant results we get confused.

worst experience app doesn't work properly and drivers are the worts last time a driver kept me waiting for more than 30 minutes when I called him to ask what was going on hang up the phone twice I ended cancelling the ride and uber charged me that is a scam from uber company I will never ride or use this scam app never and of course will tell all my friends and family to use eiby instead I couldn't give less stars.

It's very easy to use the app, however giving feedback about the ride is not possible for certain situations. There's no option to type a custom response and no human support at all

never comes when needed. after waiting sometimes for more than half an hour and sometimes 45 minutes,either they ask to cancel or dont pick the phone. sometime they reply with lame excuses. it happened with my wife also and for a surprise they even charge for cancellation after a long waiting and denial.pathetic service.

Worst experience ever. Had waited half an hour for the driver who kept stalling the ride and that guy himself eventually cancelled the ride. Had waited another half an hour for next ride, no one accepted it. Completely hopeless app. Would have given negative 5 stars if it was possible.
